At Javvy Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the coffee equipment or unopened beans in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund as soon as we receive the goods.
